I couldn't figure out what was meant by paper wallet?! Then I read through the site and saw that they print paper illustrations onto vinyl wallets, is that right?
So it becomes a walking art show that everyone can afford. Cool.
Yes- that's right Shelley. The wallets are not actually made of paper, they just feature paper cut art.
