Dookie-Poo take two

OK, so I jumped the gun a little bit about the Dookie-Poo contest. It's not a photo contest but a "design your own paper enhancement for the Dookie-Poo Vinyl toy" contest called The Dookie-Poo Paper Jam Contest. All the details about the contest can be found on Toysrevil.net right here. There is also a new dedicated blog for the D-K Paper Jam right here that will feature all the fun paper stuff folks design for the contest.

Dookie-Poo on Toysrevil.net

So here is a cool idea. Downloadable paper "enhancements" for a vinyl toy.
Dookie-Poo creator Manny Galan has created all kinds of fun paper stuff you can use with his vinyl Dookie-Poo toy. There are even a downloadable papercraft version of D-P on Dookie-Poo.com in the download section.
Check out this toysrevil.net exclusive arcade theme, complete with paper shirt and tuft of hair, and there is even a photo contest.
If you don't regularly check in at Toysrevil ya ought to. It is one of the few toy blogs that gives love to the papertoy scene as well as offering swell exclusive papertoys.
I also found some more (upcoming?)Dookie-Poo paper enhancements on toysrevil flickr here.

Designer Picks in Paper

Too poor (or too smart) to buy that designer handbag? The Hermes site has a selection of their posh purses in paper to download and construct. It is definitely the closest I'll come to having something runway worthy. Click the paper purse icon on the first page. Check it out here.

Papertoys by Marko Zubak

Here are some of the more interesting paper toys I've come across of late. They are the work of Barcelona artist Marko Zubak. You can download several of his glueless construction papertoys from his site here. He is taking donations for his papertoys to fund his Bugbot vinyl project.
